Bay View Weddings at Gallagher Farms is a destination to be discovered and enjoyed with the ones you love. We are committed to ensuring that our clients will have the time and support they need to create and enjoy their wedding. With time to drop off decor and wedding items before your wedding day and pick your wedding items up after the day of the wedding, there is no rush to get everything ready on your wedding day.

Our staff is available and happy to help and support you with your wedding set-up. Thus, you will have the time you need to relax, live in the moment, and spend memorable time with your loved ones.

With Bay View Weddings being on over four hundred acres of contiguous farmland, you will feel an immediate sense of peace, tranquility, and awe in the natural beauty of our family farm in addition to rolling hills, forests, fields, vineyards, and cherry orchards. We welcome our clients to experience the true beauty of Northern Michigan right here in beautiful Traverse City!

What is Included at Bay View Weddings

Included at Bay View Weddings, 2025 (May through October)

  • Access to the farm and tented venue on the morning of the wedding until 11 pm

    with all guests exiting the farm and tent venue after the event ends.

  • We can accommodate up to 240 guests for a sit-down dinner.

    An additional tent may be rented for larger events. Please contact us for your specific accommodations.

  • Day-of-Wedding Coordinator to assist with Décor and Logistics is Included

    We are happy to help and serve you!

  • Tables and Chairs are included

    Round and Banquet Tables, Cocktail Tables, Up to Eight Farm Tables, and White Padded Chairs are provided

  • Dance floor

    is provided

  • Caterer’s Tent

    is included

  • String lights and chandeliers are provided

    in the tent for evening lighting

  • Up to two golf carts are provided

    to move around the property

  • Four Station Restroom Trailer

What You Need to Provide for Your Wedding

  • Licensed Caterer with Bartender or a TIPS Certified Bartender to serve alcohol

    if doing alcohol privately along with alcohol coverage on the rider
